All admission fees, tuition fees, daycare charges, transportation fees, activity fees, and other applicable charges must be paid on or before the prescribed due dates. Delayed payments may attract late payment charges as determined by the school. Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, all fees paid to TEFL Play School are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Regular attendance is essential for a child’s overall development. Parents are requested to ensure timely drop-off and pick-up of their child. Repeated delays in collecting a child after school hours may attract additional daycare or late collection charges.
Parents must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, disabilities, dietary restrictions, or special care requirements before admission. Children suffering from contagious illnesses must not attend school until medically fit. In case of illness or injury during school hours, the school will immediately inform the parents or emergency contact. Where immediate medical attention is necessary, TEFL Play School may arrange emergency medical assistance in the best interest of the child, and all related expenses shall be borne by the parents or legal guardians.
The safety and well-being of every child remain our highest priority. Children will only be released to parents, guardians, or individuals specifically authorised in writing. The school reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification before handing over a child.
Parents and guardians are expected to maintain respectful, professional, and courteous behaviour towards teachers, staff members, students, and other parents. Any abusive, threatening, defamatory, or disruptive conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of school services where appropriate.
Parents shall be responsible for any intentional damage caused by their child to school property beyond normal wear and tear. Compensation may be requested for repair or replacement where applicable.
During educational activities, events, celebrations, competitions, and classroom learning, photographs and videos may be captured for educational records, promotional materials, social media platforms, and the official website of TEFL Play School. Parents who do not wish their child’s photographs or videos to be used must submit a written request to the school administration.
All website content, including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, icons, educational materials, designs, documents, and branding elements, is the exclusive property of TEFL Play School and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No material may be copied, reproduced, modified, published, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
